At Digital AE Card, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our membership services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for Digital AE Card memberships and related services.
We offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the date of purchase of your Digital AE Card membership. If you decide to cancel your membership within this period and have not used any membership benefits or discounts, you are eligible for a full refund of your membership fee.

If you have used your Digital AE Card for any discounts or benefits during the cooling-off period, you may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining value of your membership minus an administrative fee of AED 150.
After the 14-day cooling-off period, memberships are generally non-refundable. However, we may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances on a case-by-case basis, such as:

Refund requests will be processed within 10 business days of receipt of all required information. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
If you wish to cancel your membership before it automatically renews, you must do so at least 30 days before the renewal date. Cancellations can be made through your online account or by contacting our customer service team.
If you are charged for a renewal and contact us within 14 days of the charge, we will provide a full refund provided you have not used any benefits in the new membership period. After 14 days, our standard refund policy applies.
Digital AE Card is not responsible for refunds on purchases made at partner establishments. Any disputes regarding products or services purchased from our partners should be addressed directly with the partner according to their refund policy.
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically for changes. Your continued use of our services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
